The inception workshop will serve to officially launch the Minimata Initial Assessment project. Moreover, the inception workshop will be complemented by a workshop on the baseline inventory, involving all stakeholders to upgrade current activities of collecting baseline data on mercury use in different sectors of the country. 

The events will be held on the 27th and the 28th of October in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
